Posh in the Flesh
While her husband David Beckham reveals what lies beneath for Motorola, Victoria Beckham brings out the big guns for Emporio Armani’s lingerie line. Mrs. Becks is of course a fast friend of Giorgio Armani so it’s no surprise that she’s fronting this campaign, in larger than life form. The covers came off the campaign at Macy’s Herald Square in New York City recently.
High Marks: Marc by Marc Jacobs
The Audi Fashion Festival in Singapore continued with a spirited show from Marc Jacobs via his Marc By Marc Jacobs Spring/Summer 2009 line.
Along with Christian Lacroix, Marc by Marc Jacobs showcased the breezy spring/summer collection, not autumn/winter. Artfully playful, Marc By Marc Jacobs offered the perfect antidote to the gloomy atmosphere of the present with baby doll dresses and playsuits in twills, cottons, poplins, canvas and leather.

Brahmin Les Roses Vittora, Handbag of the Day
The Brahmin Les Roses Vittora is our favorite handbag in a line of close seconds. We
love the Brahmin Les Roses collection -- it's sleek,
suitable for work or a night at the opera, affordable,
and we just love those croc embossed roses!
This sassy little purse is just 8" x 9.25" x 4" and has
a lot of personality. You can remove the 24" strap (if
you've firmly left the 80s behind) and carry it as a
demure, free-standing case, or just fling it over your
shoulder and watch the roses dangle at your hip.
The bag has a center divider pocket and a back slide
pocket, as well as interior zips. The goldtone hardware
accentuates the meticulous hand crocodile embossing. We
think this style is youthful and bold, especially in
this Dune shade -- it also comes in Black, Truffle, and
Pecan.
The Brahmin Les Roses Vittora is available from Brahmin Leather Works for
$275.00. See the gallery below for a side view and more
items from the luscious Les Roses Collection.
Martini Girl Too Hot for Formula 1 Drivers
in Monaco

A billboard featuring sultry model Jessiqa Pace (above)
on the racetrack at the Monaco Grand Prix had to be taken down after it
proved too distracting to Formula 1 drivers over the weekend. Pace, 29,
appears in the campaign for Martini, the Italian winemaker founded in 1863 and
famous for its iconic vermouth.
F1 team representatives asked for the posters to be taken down after drivers complained during trial runs; champ Lewis Hamilton crashed in Saturday's qualifying round close to the gigantic image of Jessiqa. "All the attention is overwhelming," she told the London Daily Star. "I find it really funny. Obviously it's very flattering that I'm distracting the drivers so much, but I'd feel terrible if someone got hurt."
Hermes breeds own crocs to meet bag demand
French luxury goods group Hermes has resorted to breeding its own crocodiles on farms in Australia to try to meet demand for its leather bags, its chief executive told Reuters on Monday.
Customers sometimes have to wait several years for certain exotic-skin bags, which can fetch over 35,000 euros ($48,410).
“ It can take three to four crocodiles to make one of our bags so we are now breeding our own crocodiles on our own farms, mainly in Australia,” Patrick Thomas told the Reuters Global Luxury Summit in Paris.
